– Sit down on your knees
– Let the buttocks rest on your heels

▪ Now inhale and lift your head in such a way that the chin touches the knees.
▪ Hold this position for 45-60 seconds.

▪ Now raise your legs upward to 90° angle.
▪ Bring the legs towards your head by raising your buttocks up.
▪ With the legs, abdomen and chest stretch to form a straight line and hold it up.
▪ By placing the palms on your back give support to the position.
▪ Place your chin against the chest and keep holding for 30 seconds or a minute.
▪ Now return back to the rest position.
