It does not provide any nutrition and it definitely is not a crash diet. The ingredients in detox have great benefits but it isn’t wholesome enough for a daily diet.
2- Calories in calorie out is a math:
Not all calories have same effect on body weight. Stop counting your calorie intake and calorie burnouts a day. Even if they match that does not mean you would not gain any weight. Calorie is just a measure of body Energy. Some foods may not carry plenty calories but they do add on body weight. Diverse foods follow their own metabolic processes and have extremely different impacts on hormonal growth and body weight.

3- Multivitamins and weight loss medicines can aid weight loss:
Multi Vitamins are still under scrutiny for their assimilation in the body. certain studies suggest only 20% of the vitamins and minerals taken in the form of supplements gets in the system and from that also only 5% is contained. It is more of a placebo than a medication. Taking multivitamins and avoiding foods not only adversely impacts the health but also makes the cravings intensified, resulting in guilty indulgence, adding further to our weight.
4- Losing weight is healthy:
Losing weight and losing fat are not necessary congruent, but losing bad fat is considered healthy. When it comes to losing weight you may have a medical condition or you are undernourished. This does not mean you are healthy. But under proper medical advice, burning fat and containing good fats does mean eating healthy.
5- Weight loss means unquenched cravings:

6- Low fat and non fat to the rescue:
Low fat and non fat products do not mean they can be taken in any quantity. These are just marketing gimmicks which have been challenged from decades. Do not get carried away by sugary and oily foods stating they are fat free. What matters is the calorie intake from these foods and not the percentage of fat.
7- Weight loss is gradual and consistent:
Some people think weight loss is gradual and it continues on and on. But it’s not true at all. There is no linear progression for body weight loss or gain. Some days are good for your weight loss plan to be on track and some days despite more efforts it does not work out that way. Water weight and other fats already stored in body make it a fluctuating process.
8- Carbohydrates and fat make you fat:
Carb and fats do not make you fat or help you lose weight. It is certain foods which may accelerate weight deposition. Calorie dense junk foods are the worst culprits. Check the calories derived and not the fat or carbohydrate per grams in label. Consume adequate calories which will help you stay energized.
9- Fat people are unhealthy and thin people are healthy:

1- Everyone thinks people who have perfectly shaped body must be on steroids, but not really
2- While gymming everyone tries to talk and know your fitness mantra, and make you loose focus

4- You can never be satisfied with your body, though others are drooling for it
5- People think you may have done it in just around those past few weeks, though it takes years of hard work and dedication
6- Your constant injuries and wear-tear also can’t stop you from your routine
7- You must take part-time personal training sessions for free, as everyone needs motivation and training from you
