Fitness trackers are accurate and specific. Keeping time doesn’t not guarantee the calories burnt and the strength attained. 9- Keep a mirror around:
Women workout and mirror, are match made in heaven. Just keep looking for the right postures and exercises and benefit from the idea of self-reflection.
10- Choose the right mix of exercises: Don’t let monotony come in yet. Just have a 15-20 exercises list handy and keep switching. Also have a mix of all like strength, power, fitness, dance and almost everything that inspires you.
