- Vitamin C powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- A tablespoon and a 1/2 teaspoon
- One small glass bowl
- One plastic whisk
- One small funnel
- One tinted glass container can be dark blue or brown
2. Add the vitamin C powder to the hot water.
Take a bowl and pour one tablespoon of hot water into it. Now, measure out ½ teaspoon of vitamin C powder and add it to the hot water. Until they are well-combined keep mixing the ingredients together

3. Transfer the basic vitamin C serum to your tinted glass container.

- One bowl for mixing all the ingredients

Note- Hempseed oil, argan oil, sunflower oil, or calendula oil are non-comedogenic oils that will not clog your pores when you use them.
II.Make a mixture of vitamin C powder and water
In one tablespoon of hot water mix half a teaspoon of the vitamin C powder and let it dissolve. Place the tablespoon of hot water in the bowl and then add half a teaspoon of vitamin C powder to the water. Let the water and vitamin C powder mix together and then whisk them.
III.Mix in two tablespoons of vegetable glycerin or oil.
To the water add the vegetable glycerin or any non-comedogenic oil with a vitamin C powder mixture. Vegetable glycerin and non-comedogenic oils are beneficial to your skin and they both work great as a base for the vitamin C serum. IV.Add ¼ teaspoon of vitamin E oil

V.Include 5-6 drops of any essential oil
