Sweaty hair strands are more likely to get damaged from sun’s harsh UV rays. This can cause the hair to get brittle dried, phased out, and prone to breakage. Use SPF moisturizer or conditioner for hair. And cover them when heading out in sun

9- Making high bun mid workout session:
Many people end up changing their hairdo during workout session at gym, this worsens the hair damage further. Do not tie a tight high bun in between workout.
