With all of this running around in your mind, you tend to neglect your skin. It can be either one month or 6 months, you have enough time for your D-Day. Firstly, you need to make sure you have a perfect CTM routine in your place. CTM means Cleansing, Toning and Moisturizing. This will help to keep your skin glowing throughout the day. Take a face cleanser and apply it on your face. Massage it thoroughly. By doing this it will clean and make your face dirt-free. It will also help to keep your pores open and get rid of all impurities in your skin. Next, you have to use a toner. A toner helps to tighten the pores and reduce fine lines to some extent. It also prevents your skin from breakouts. After toning, take a moisturizer.By using a moisturizer, it will keep your skin soft. 2Exfoliation
Exfoliation is a process which involves the removal of the dead skin cells on the skin. For this, you have to use face wash two or three times a week. Make sure you use a mild face wash. If you use a harsh face wash, your skin will get irritated and you will get rashes. You can also use a homemade face pack or scrub made of rice flour or whole wheat flour.
3Exercise
Start working out. You definitely don’t want to get a huge belly on your D-Day. Working out every day for 30 minutes will help your body to be in shape and reduces excess fat. Walking is also one of the best exercise to stay fit and healthy.

Use a sunscreen which has the good amount of SPF. After applying sunscreen you can apply makeup. The most important problem every woman faces nowadays is sun tanning. Use a sunscreen to get rid of sun tan. You definitely don’t want to look tan on your wedding. If possible, keep applying sunscreen for every 2 hours. 7Meditate
Wedding not only means fun, excitement and party, it also means lots of stress. Especially if you are a bride. An effective way to get rid of stress is to do some meditation. Just go to a room where there is no noise and sit on the floor calmly. Close your eyes and do meditation at least 15 minutes a day. When meditating, try to think positively.
8Sleep
Getting a good sleep is extremely important. You will have lots of stress and you will surely be very busy. But getting a small nap is a must. Lack of sleep will lead to dark circles which you surely don’t want. You will definitely not look good on your wedding day with dark circles. So, you should sleep at least for 8-10 hours every day because in the night when you sleep, your skin repairs itself.
9Facials
Your skin definitely needs constant care till your wedding day. So, gift yourself as spa facial. You can get facials done on a monthly basis. If you don’t have much time for your wedding, get facials done on weekly basis. If you are allergic to the bleaches and chemicals used in the spa, you can do facials at home with simple home remedies. You can make homemade face masks and glow your skin without harming it.
10Pamper Your Feet
You don’t want your feet to look dry, rough, cracked heels on your wedding. In order to prevent that do a pedicure at home once a week. What you can do is to fill a bowl with warm water and pour body wash. Let your feet soak for about 10 minutes. Take 2 tablespoons of fine salt and then mix some coconut oil. Exfoliate your feet for at least 2 minutes. Then wash your feet with warm water. Apply some moisturiser or petroleum jelly to prevent dryness. You can also get the pedicure done in a spa once in a while.
