3- Secrets Of The Baby Whisperer: How To Calm, Connect And Communicate With Your Baby: By Tracy Hogg

Secrets Of The Baby Whisperer

Secrets of the baby whisperer: How to calm, connect and communicate with your baby, is a reference guide formulated to help parents to have a healthy and happy baby, in addition to a relaxed household. It has some uniquely popular programs and theories which are successful in helping babies sleep and feed well. One such very popular program is EASY; where E focuses on how to make your baby eat well, A stands for activities which must be a part of your baby’s daily routine, S stands for soothing techniques for calming your baby in order to make her independent, and most important Y is for you, to make the parents make free times for themselves.

One more such important theory is SLOW program. S stands for standing back or holding back, L is about listening to your baby cry and learning the cry language, O stands for observing the baby’s body language and expressions to figure out their needs of sleep, hunger and distress, W stands for whats up which helps in identifying the basic nature of your child, like spirited or grumpy. The most likable take away for me being how to change bad habits in just three days program. The program is so friendly and realistic you tend to incorporate it in routine.

What i appreciate the most about this not so parenting guide but more realistic elaboration is, you need not strive for being the perfect mom and celebrate your individuality while you try and have it all.

Baby Parenting

The above compilation on Best Baby Parenting Books That Have Been Tried and Tested, is based on my own readings and experiences through my pregnancy and child birth. Until now, as my BFF and my soulmate, books never displease or misguide. Trust your instincts and enjoy every moment of parenting. But remember to keep your sanity intact, for no one cares how well you are into your task, what matters is how happy and contented you as mother feel. Mothering a child is not adding up to a checklist in terms of things to do, but more about what you feel is right and feasible in your situation. Taking care of some real baby troubles and health issues in addition. Stay healthy and keep smiling while your baby would be big soon. No one goes to a high school in a diaper, but every child has their own timeline for quitting it.
