1Tea Tree Oil
How to use? Apply an adequate amount of tea tree oil on the louse affected scalp. Wrap a cotton cloth around it and keep the oil in your hair overnight. The following morning you need to remove the cloth and gently brush your hair to remove all the dead lice and their dead eggs.
Repeat this process for 5 to 7 times in a week and you will able to see the visible results of it.
2Mouthwash (or Listerine)
How to use? Soak the length of your hair and the scalp in Listerine. After which you can cover your hair with a shower cap. Keep this solution away from your face and other exposed skin or it will feel like burning. Keep the shower cap on for 2 hours. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo and conditioner. Now, go for a thorough combing of hair to remove any residue of lice.
At least repeat the process once a week for two times or you can just use this process whenever it is needed.
3Mayonnaise For Lice
How to use? Massage your hair with greasy mayonnaise. Make sure you rub mayonnaise on every affected part of your hair which covers the length of your hair, the roots of your hair, and obviously the scalp. Cover your scalp with a shower cap. Let the mayonnaise do its work for a night. Thorough combing will help you to get rid of the lice issue.
Repeat this whole process 2 to 3 times a week to see better results.
4Coconut Hot Oil Treatment
How to use? Heat 1 or 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and massage it gently onto the lice affected area. Keep massaging for 5 to 10 minutes. Leave the oil in your hair for 2 hours. Now, use a nit comb to remove lice and its eggs. Use a mild shampoo to wash your hair thoroughly. Once your hair gets dried up, again apply warm coconut oil onto your scalp and leave it overnight. Thoroughly comb your hair using a nit comb and rinse your hair as usual.
For better visible results, repeat the process 1 to 2 times a week.
5Vinegar For Head Lice
How to use? To use this method, you will need a solution of water and vinegar. You need to take an equivalent proportion of these two solutions. Soak your infected scalp and the length of your hair in this solution. Wrap your hair with a cotton cloth and leave it on for half an hour.
